Parent Child

Our final Parent/Child event of the season will be held this Sunday, July 25 starting at 4:00 pm on the Bear nine. The competition will be a modified alternate shot format. There is a $10 entry fee in addition to punches or green fees. Book your tee time today at 453-9104

Club Champions

Congratulations to this year's Club Champions. For the Juniors ages 15-18, Dak Dice was the winner. In the Junior age's division of 13-14, Michael Magnuson won, and in the age division 10-12, Jake Willemson was the winner.

The Ladies Club Champion in the Gross division was Krista Morgan, her 14 victory. In the Net division Jan Marshall was the winner.

The Men's Club Champion was Sean Miller. In the Open division Tom Brideau won gross and Dick Bauder won net. In the Senior division Rick Bremer won gross and Hugh Povar won Net.

Pure Grips

The Pure Grip company will be re-gripping clubs on Sunday, July 25 from approximately 8-2. Check out their line of tacky grips. They can do your entire set for $6/ club. New grips do make a difference!!

Historic Walking Tour

While in Breckenridge, be sure to schedule a walking tour of the city. See the city from 1880 to today during the tour. The city of Breckenridge has grown rapidly throughout the years and a tour is the best way to experience this historic location. The tours run every day but Monday and begin at 11 AM. Tickets are only $10 for adults and $5 for kids so be sure to stop by!

Breckenridge Music Festival

During the summer of 2010, the sound of stirring music will constantly be heard in Breckenridge. That's because the Breckenridge Music Festival will be performing numerous concerts throughout the summer. Season Passes, Flex Passes, Shared Passes, 4-Pack packages and Individual Tickets are available. The events will take place at the Riverwalk Center. Art Festival This Weekend!

July 2nd-4th, 10 AM-6 PM in Breckenridge, the 27th Breckenridge July Art Festival will take place. Admission is free all weekend! The event will take place in downtown Breckenridge in the heart of the Breckenridge Arts District on Ridge Street and Washington. Bike Week

During July 5th-11th in Breckenridge, Breck Bike Week will offer group rides, bike-in movie nights, nutrition, fitness and open space best practices lectures, bike fits, kids' races, Tour de France viewing parties, high-end bike demos and more. The bonus is that all Breck Bike Week activities are FREE and open to everyone.

Golf Information

Greetings from the Breckenridge Golf Club! As we roll into the height of the summer season the Golf Club has a number of upcoming events for golfers of all ages and abilities. Be sure to check out these events and sign up soon.

Mixed Teams

Our second Mixed Team event of the season will be held on Sunday, June 27 featuring a best net ball of a mixed twosome starting at 4:00 pm on the Beaver nine. Tee times may be made starting Monday, June 21. Call today.

Juniors

On Monday, June 28th the Golf Club will host its second junior individual stroke play competition on the season. Open to junior resident pass-holders the event will begin at 4:00 pm on the bear nine with competition in various age groups. Advance sign up is required and may be made at the pro shop.

Nine and Wine

Our second Nine and Wine will be held on Friday, June 25 at 4 pm. Enjoy the opportunity to play 9-holes while sampling and learning about select wines, about every three holes. Green fees are $30 or you may use your resident pass. There is a wine tasting fee. Tee times may be made 4 days in advance. This event fills very quickly, so either book on line starting at 6 am June 21 or call the pro shop starting at 7 am. Call today.

Junior Group Lessons

The second series of junior group lessons of the summer will begin Tuesday, June 29. Pee-wee golfer's ages 5-8 will go from 3:00-3:30 with junior golfers ages 9-13 from 3:30-4:30. Lessons are conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the program consisting of 5 lessons. Equipment will be provided if needed. Advance reservations are required and may be made by calling the pro shop at 453-9104

Kingdom Days

Kingdom Days, the annual heritage celebration in Breckenridge, takes place this weekend. This exciting event includes mine tours, museum exhibits, gun fights, live music and much more. The events take place on June 19th-20th and most activities are free.

Breckenridge Festival of Film
