The house is comprised of three levels: 1) The main floor which includes the living area, kitchen, dining room, and guest bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom, 2) The upper floor which includes the master bedroom with king bed, all new modern furnishings, TV with DVD player, and its own full bathroom with his and her sinks and walkin closet, and 3) The lower floor which includes the 1-car garage, den with Full/Full bunkbeds with Twin Trundle and a Queen Sleeper sofa plus TV with VCR and DVD players, Third Bedroom with queen bed, and full size washer and dryer facilities.
The main floor living room has a gas fireplace and 46 inch flatscreen TV with surround sound and speakers also in the main level guest bedroom, downstairs, and side deck. High ceilings with windows on three sides of the room flood the area with light. A Playstation 3 with Blueray capability is furnished for your convenience as well as an iPod docking station. In addition, the house has wireless internet and a printer with fax capability.
