"Good spacius lodge"
Two bedrooms and a third bed in the basement, clean but a little old furniture but all in all good is better in real life than on the pictures in the ad so it was a plus. nice with indoor hot-tub in basement. all beds are queen-sized so either good space for 3 couples or 3 persons. otherwise it will be crowded.
The placement i Breckenridge is excellent, short walk to the ski lift and a short walk into town. you also have the possibility to almost ski into the apartment when returning from the slopes that is a plus.
"SkiFest"
Went with 7 good friends (8 people total, all ~22 years old) from all over, had a blast. This place is more ski "off" then "on"; there is a trail that literally leads to your back door from the mountain but to get up you either take a shuttle (stop is ~500ft downhill) or walk 2 blocks uphill. I didn't care, but some of the "less athletic" of the bunch opted to wait for a bus. The stay itself was great. 1 king size, 2 queen, and one double bed and 2 couches (one love seat ish, one pull out bed). Hot tub was CRUCIAL... made all the sores of skiing disappear immediately. Easily walkable distance into town for anything you needed (free shuttles available for groceries / other needs too). Lots of other young people around to party with too. Most excellent time overall, would do it again at this place in a heartbeat
"Nice home but pool closed over labor day"
The home was spacious with 2 bedrooms (one with a sofabed), a hot tub in the basement, and a futon in the basement. There were 7 of us and if you don't mind getting cozy, you could add an additional 2 people. The location was great, relatively close to downtown. The best part was the location, the jacuzzi tub, the fireplace, and the multiple sitting areas. The worst part was that the recreation center in Breckinridge was closed for repairs - we really wanted to swim but there was no place close to go, which was a real bummer.

If you are looking for a slope-side condo that sleeps a small army, then this is the place for you! Located right next to the Four O’Clock ski run, the Sunset Lodge is not only just fifty yards away from the Snowflake Lift, it is also just two blocks away from all the restaurants and shops in town!
What may be even better than this townhome’s location is its long list of luxuries. At the Sunset Lodge, not only will you find new flat screen TV, VCRs, and DVD players to keep the technology buffs grinning from ear to ear.
When you tack on the new carpet and the updated bathroom and living room areas, perhaps the only thing to make this unit better would be to throw in a private hot tub….and the Sunset Lodge has this too!!
While there are two private bedrooms, this property utilizes its space to the max with its additional sleeping accommodations found through the full sleeper sofas in the finished basement and the sofa sleeper in the living room. The lower level bathroom has been completely remodeled with new radiant in floor heating! There is even a new stackable washer and dryer!
All in all, with its prime location, its abundance of space, its excessive list of amenities, and its convenient access to the FREE shuttle and heated pool (OFF SITE), the Sunset Lodge provides a great value and an even greater vacation that simply cannot be beat!
