"Charming."
This is in a great location - close to downtown Breckenridge; convenient to shopping, restaurants, hiking/biking/ski trails. It has the charm of a mountain cottage and all the amenities you need for a nice vacation.
"A bit of a hike to the slopes"
Located right in front of the elementary school and a park with a wicked fun sledding hill. Grocery/liquor store is one block west. Main street is two blocks west. Ski lifts are 15 - 20 min walk, a bit too far carrying equipment. However the bus station is directly in front of the place and leaves every 20 min. The ride is 20 - 25 min.
The heating is radiant floor heating, so if you leave your ski equipment on the floor, it will be warmed up nicely in the morning.
Checkin/Checkout was hassle free. I arrived after the office closed and left before it opened with ease. There are drop boxes to pick up and drop of keys. You only get two sets of keys, wish there were more.
I never used the private town shuttle or the hot tub.
"Great location"
Perfect access to bus line that takes you straight to Peak 9 base. Short walk to Main St in nice weather, or a really short drive. House is nice enough, good water pressure and hot water. Beds are adequate. Hot tub is small (2 people). Overall a great value and a perfect location for a Breck ski trip. visitbreck.com was good to work with and the free ski passes with stay was what made me choose this deal. Best part is location, there were no major negatives to speak of. Would (and likely will) stay there again. Could use a bigger TV if I had to find a negative.
"Great Holiday getaway"
The house is a wonderful little house with a large living room and open kitchen. It was great on New Years Day to watch football games while cooking a wonderful feast. The house is right on the shuttle route to slopes. There is even a small hill at the elementary school close by where we enjoyed sledding. We really appreciated the heating in the floor and the washer/dryer that is in the master bedroom. Had a wonderful time.

Great---but needed a hairdryer. Loved the Hot Tub on back deck. Three blocks from Main Street!
