This was a very nice and affordable home for a 3 night stay. Location was superb. We were within walking distance (2-3 blocks)of downtown, the gondola and the 4 o'clock run.

The accommodations were exactly as described in the promotional material - clean, spacious and well-equipped. We were very pleased also with the location which was quite convenient. The only drawback is that there were over 30 steps up to the main living area. This property cannot be recommended for anyone with breathing or mobility issues. Otherwise it was great, and the support of Breckenridge Accommodations was prompt and helpful.
"Great place in a great vacation town"
This condo is in a wonderful location. The bus route to the ski area is right outside the door, and 4 O-clock run is within easy walking distance when you're ready to end your ski day. It's a short walk to the restaurants and shops downtown and an easy downhill walk to the grocery store. The shuttle bus is great for getting back with a load of groceries. There's no need for a car when staying here.
During one day the hot water was out in the building but the folks at Breck Accomodations got us into an empty unit right next door so we could shower and cleanup for dinner.
This unit is two levels that start on the building's second level. It's two flights of stairs from the outside groundlevel to the main living space on the third floor so anyone with problems climbing stairs should beware.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are small but usable. The kitchen, dining and living area were very comfortable for our party of six adults.

The Twin Elk is one of the most desireable townhomes in Breckenridge! From the location to downtown and the slopes to the long list of amenities that are included with the rental of this spacious multilevel townhome that is flooded with natural light and loaded with three separate balconies for hanging out or enjoying our beautiful Colorado scenery!
The first floor contains the second bedroom with a comfy Queen bed and the third bedroom which houses two twin beds. Both of these rooms share a full bathroom with stand up shower and the first of three balconies.
Heading upstairs to the main floor, you will notice the vaulted ceilings and spacious open floor plan that lends itself to many family meals and friendly get togethers to sit in front of the fire and talk about your amazing day on the slopes! This level contains the living room, dining room, kitchen the master and the second balcony. The living room is quite comfortable with a Queen sleeper sofa, large color TV, DVD player, and Stereo system. The dining area leads to the second balcony with your private grill. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of modern appliances, granite countertops and slate floors and is set to cook any size meal.
The master is furnished with a King size bed, plenty of space to move about, a color TV and its own private balcony to lounge about in the afternoon between hitting the slopes! The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bathtub, a separate shower, his and hers sinks and again, more space!
Staying at the Twin Elks Lodge is a decision you will not regret. You have a great townhome with a private 1-car garage, hot tub and game room access, and one of the best locations in town! Book this one quickly before someone else does!
