"Great little place, great location in town"
Great little place in the middle of town, 2 blocks from main st. 5 min walk to ski lift, in full boots, so very accesible. Would definitly stay here again...
"Great Location"
The location is great. It was really easy to get to and from the slopes with the kids. It was also easy to walk to restaurants on Main Street. The property management company gave us plenty of extra towels.

Great place to stay. Very close to slopes. Couldn't really get much better considering ski rental is below you and the best mexican restaurant is also below you. hottub is directly outside your door and bars and shopping are very close. Price was very reasonable.
"Location, location, location"
Myself and 3 other friends stayed in this unit for 4 days to enjoy some snowboarding. The check-in porcess was easy enough. We had to go to the management office located up the street but they had everything ready to go and took us less than 5 minutes (extra perk: discount card for some of the local bar/restaurants and free DVD rentals during our stay). The location of the condo cannot be beat! Right across from the base of Peak 9 (literally cross the street and get on the lifts). Great to have for a lunch break while your on the slopes. Also, pretty much right on main street which is great when you want to get some drinks or dinner. The building has underground parking and also has a ski rental shop and great mexican restaurant. The building doesn't have any fancy amentinites but does have elevator and jacuzzi. The unit itself is not very spacious (no formal dining room area) but it is in nice condition. Balcony has nice view of the mountain and the jacuzzi is literally outside of the front door. The mattress on the sofa bed definitely needs to be replaced but luckily they had a down pillowtop in the closet that you can use---otherwise we would have not been able to sleep on it.
Overally, not a many amaenities, but simple and to the point and great place to enjoy being on the mountain most of the time.
"Nice value and close to everything"
Very cozy and conveinent to all ameneties. Good value and adequately stocked kitchen with necessary appliances. Used the shuttle service which was real nice and the ski rental place under the condo was great. Nice guys and very helpful. Loved having the garage

This condo was updated very well and right nect to the hot tub. It was perfect location and very pleasant to stay in. I will definantly be going back to Der Steiermark!
