"Summer Family vacation in Breck"
Ski Hill was the perfect choice for our summer vacation. Just a picturesque block walk into the town for meals out, shopping and town events. The 2 BR unit PLUS LARGE LOFT was plenty spacious and well laid out.

This was a nice unit and close to town. It took a while to figure out how to cool the upper floor, but did figure it out. The 1st day was really hot, but the rest of the time it was cooler. It was nice to be close to downtown shopping.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! CANT BEAT THE PRIME LOCATION THIS COZY AND FAMILY FRIENDLY TOP FLOOR CONDO SUITE OFFERS AND ALL AT A GREAT PRICE! JUST ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE NEW GONDOLA AND ONE BLOCK TO MAIN STREET!

This condo has the space and bedding of a three bedroom condominium at the affordable price of a two bedroom!
This spacious two story condo has fabulous views from beautiful wall of windows just off the large family room. Here you find two main floor bedrooms, which are at opposite ends of the condo, making it ideal for your privacy! As you head up the spiral stairs to the Loft, you will be struck with this lovely view as well. The Loft has vaulted ceilings giving it a spacious feel and is a great area for the kids stocked with fun games that the whole family can enjoy!
The Master bedroom has it all with a King size bed, beautiful views, vaulted ceilings and its own master bathroom! The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed.
There is an extra sleeping space in the sofa sleeper located in the cozy family room. In the Loft there is room for four to sleep and has its own private bathroom. In the loft there is a Captain's Bunk Bed and a newly added Twin Bed. You will definately have room for the whole bunch with this property!
Undeniably the best feature of this condo is the short walk across the street to the New Gondola which will take you to Peak 8. Whether you Ski in Winter or Alpine Sled in Summer, the Gondola will take you to all the family and group fun that Peak 8 has to offer. You can also catch the Free Bus right outside the front door which will shuttle you to any of the base areas you choose. During winter this will give you easy access to the slopes in the morning and once your legs are tired from a hard day of hitting the slopes take a short walk back from Sawmill Run to the condo!
Show off your culinary skills in the kitchen with it's new appliances and fully stocked cupboards. But if cooking isn't your forte, stroll the short block to Main Street to an assortment of fine restaurants and pubs that are unique to our great mountain town. Since you are close to the shops and slopes, no car is necessary during your stay.
Whether skiing all day or walking around our quaint mountain town,end the day on the right note by the cozy wood burning Fireplace (wood provided), and relax with a luxurious soak in the Hot Tubs which are available year round. During summer gather friends and family and take advantage of the outdoor heated pool complete with an outdoor grill, great for barbecuing. Relax and watch the lastest hit or your favorite movie on the DVD player. And just another added perk, each bedroom includes it's own T.V. with connection to the the high speed Internet!
