First of all, making reservations through VisitBreck was very easy. The home was fantastic....even nicer than the pictures portrayed on the website. The location was great too. Far enough out to get the real feel of the mountains but close enough to town to be able to run in and grab something you may have forgotten. Its hard to say what we liked best cause we like IT ALL!!!! Only one thing may have made it better, if the home would have an outside hottub, but that is a very minor issue.

Had a wonderful stay with family and friends from overseas. Awesome property, conveniently located to downtown Breckenridge. Can recommend it highly and will definitely stay there again.
"Great Space"
We spent nearly a month at this home last year and enjoyed
every minute. The space is where you need it. The great
room with fireplace was very nice, including the view. The hi
speed internet worked as advertised as well.
The master suite was just like being home, all the nice
touches.
Kitchen has all you need for cooking meals to blending
marguritas.
The garage on the lower level was nice in summer, would be
great in winter.
Right at the end of the street is great hiking trail -- you can
go all the way to Breckenridge, in fact all the way to HY 70 if
you have the legs.
We decided on Canada this year or would have been back!
If you are searching for that picture perfect mountain home that has only seemed to exist in your dreams, then wake up and take a look at this home!
Folks, we do not call this beautiful property "The Legacy" for nothing. The 3000 square feet of wonderful-ness is tucked away in the pines approximately 3 miles south of Breckenridge. With a spacious deck off the living area and windows stretching from the floors all the way to the top of the cathedral ceilings, you will surely be able to take in the gorgeous mountain views throughout your whole stay.
Inside the house, enjoy the gas stone fireplace, granite countertops in the kitchen, private laundry facilities, and the high speed internet. The tastefully furnished bedrooms will make the stay all the better, and the two car heated garage stands as the icing on the cake.
You will truely make your vacation a legacy to remember when booking this property. Do not let it slip by!
