"Fantastic time at the Pines"
The Pines @ 4 O'clock 77 is simply beautiful! It's very spacious and
comfortable. It accommodated our party of 12 perfectly. The kitchen/living
room/dining room is so well designed that it allowed for socializing while
cooking and eating. XM radio is available in all rooms including the deck
where the private hot tub sits! We had gorgeous views of the stars while hot-
tubbing! All bedrooms were wonderful, but the master bedroom was
breathtaking! It's a wonderful location and we had a fantastic time there!

The Pines at 4 O'Clock is a premium SKI-IN/SKI-OUT property with all the luxuries imaginable. This 3 story 4 bedroom 4.5 bath townhome features plenty of choices for spots to sleep along with a ton of extra space for the perfect vacation at 9,600 feet!
The main level contains the main living area, which is set up with a state of the art sound system, a cozy gas fireplace, and TV with DVD player for watching the game or having a movie night! This level also has the fully stocked and remodeled kitchen and dining room for a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes or even a full size Holiday meal! The private hot tub and deck are just off of the living room so you can soothe achy muscles before your next day on the slopes!
The first bedroom is on the main level and is furnished with a Queen aspen bed, another TV, and a private bathroom with a combination shower and tub.
Heading upstairs, there are two more bedrooms. First, the spacious Master suite has a King aspen bed and a flat screen TV, along with two cathedral style windows that will let in tons of that mountain sunshine! The Master bathroom is also spacious with his and hers sinks, a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The third bedroom, just down the hall has two Twin aspen beds and another TV for those of you who enjoy a show before calling it quits for the night. The bathroom for the Twin bedroom is just out the door and also has a combination shower and bathtub.
The bottom level boasts a second living area with a brand new flat screen TV for watching the game! There is an aspen style futon as well as a Captain's Bunk (Twin bed on top and a Futon on bottom) in the second living area, which makes this perfect for adults and children alike. This level holds the fourth bedroom as well, which has another aspen Captain's Bunk with a twin bed on top and a queen on bottom. There is also a full bathroom on this level and another deck to watch friends ski down the slope!
This gorgeous and newly finished property has all hardwood floors throughout, and the bedrooms have plenty of room and closet space. Just walk out your back door and you are on the 4 O'Clock ski run! Want to come home for lunch? No problem! Just ski right in! This is a marvelous townhome with all the bells and whistles, for the perfect Breckenridge ski vacation!
