"Great unit. Pictures don't do it justice."
We stayed in the Sundowner 1 T7 unit in April 2010. It was much bigger than the pictures made it seem, and very nice. Had a nice-sized tv (31" I think) and comfortable furniture. There were large windows that made it seem even bigger. We didn't spend much time in the unit itself--we were there to ski--but it served its purpose as a "base camp" well. We'd stay there again.
"Lots of Space"
This is a comfortable unit with lots of space and amenities with one notable exception - there is no clothes washer/dryer in the unit and no public laundry is available in the Sundowners buildings. Good location, close to walk to town, walk to shuttle - one stop to snowflake lift.

Whether travelling to the mountains for the snow and ski activities of the winter or for the town festivities of the summer months, the Sundowner complex serves up a fantastic location for vacationers during any season of the year. Within close proximity to both the slopes and the town, you can easily walk the short block and a half to the hustle of Main Street as well as the even shorter 100 yards up to the Snowflake Lift. And if even the shortest walks don't sound appeasing on your well deserved vacation, hop on the free shuttle which stops just across from the complex.
Inside, enjoy all the comforts of home ranging from VCR/DVD players and the 3 private decks. What you will love even more are the luxuries seldom found at home like the cozy wood burning fireplace, and your second floor mountain views. And don't forget to tell the kids that you are one of the closest complexes to the Upper Village Pool and Hot Tub as well!
After skiing down the Four O Clock Ski Run at the end of the day and hopping back across the street to your temporary homestead, make sure to try out the modern appliances in the fully stocked kitchen or make the short trip to all the great local restaurants of the town!
Whatever you do or whenever you come to Breckenridge, know that the Sundowner unit is close to everything that you came to Colorado in search of!
Have too many in your group for a 2 bedroom? This 2 bedroom can be booked with other Sundowner units for the largest of families and friends! Everyone can enjoy the mountains at Sundowner!
