have had several visits to Breckenridge but have always stayed in a ski in/ski out. This was our first experience staying in a private home and it was our best experience. I hope to rent this same home next year.

Great house and lives upto all pictures and description. Take seriously the need for 4WD as the drive was fun to get up after snow!! Advise Sat Nav to find as we were very glad of it arriving in the dark. House not well signed from road at night but basically at the top of the hill.
Driving to slopes each day only a few mins and easy to park. A full day parking was $12 in Feb 2009.

A beautiful mountain retreat! This is a great place for a small family or small group to come relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. It's close to the heart of town and convenient for all the town has to offer. And, it's close to the many outdoor activities Breckenridge has to offer.

We had a wonderful time. The home is so beautiful that anyone would find it impressive.We had great check in service. The home was beautiful. The location great and I'd highly reccommend this property as it had more amenities than many places I've stayed. The hot tub was great and the Master Suite was plush!

Located just minutes from town, the Timber Heights Lodge is a one of a kind home that will complete any vacation! The entire house is filled with hand crafted details from the log accents to the beautiful stone fireplace.
The main level houses the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and two bedrooms, but still has plenty of room to spare. The cathedral ceilings, which are only highlighted by the floor to ceiling stone fireplace and dramatic windows that seem to reach the sky, are the first things that will catch your eye when you walk in to the main living space, which is flooded with natural light. The living room has a comfy couch and love seat which sit right in front of the gas fireplace. You could cuddle up in the sofa chair to read a good book or just enjoy the beauty of the Rocky Mountains from any spot in the room! The fully stocked kitchen is one that even a seasoned chef would feel at home cooking in. From the stainless steel appliances to the many gadgets and gizmos that are included in this kitchen, you can cook even the most extravagant holiday meals without thinking twice. Just beside the kitchen is the dining area with plenty of seating and more of those magnificent views!
Have some time to spare after your home-cooked meal? Well head into the game room complete with a brand new pool table, fireplace and flat screen TV so you won't miss your shows while playing a quick game!
This level also contains two of the three bedrooms. The first bedroom has an inviting queen bed and shares a bathroom with the kids bedroom, which has a bunk bed with an extra trundle bed that pulls out from beneath. Just outside on the back patio, are a brand new state of the art hot tub and a large gas grill for grilling some steaks and enjoying them on the great patio furniture.
Heading upstairs, you will find a large loft area that looks over the great room. The loft has a brand new Murphy bed that will sleep two more of the gang. The loft is just down the hall from the Master bedroom, which is loaded with another comfy queen bed, a private balcony, large color TV, and a massive bathroom complete with his and hers vanities, large jacuzzi tub and separate shower!
With all that the Timber Heights Lodge has to offer, you don't need to think twice whether your family and friends will enjoy this beautiful vacation home set in the Majestic Rocky Mountains! If they need some convincing, try telling them about the private hot tub and gas grill on the fully furnished deck or the cathedral ceilings that would make anyone feel short and the gourmet kitchen and comfy private sleeping areas or High Speed Wireless Internet! But definitely do not skip the part about the amazing views and proximity to the town, shops, restaurants and slopes!
