"Great time again in Breckenridge"
We completely enjoyed our stay in the Pine Creek Condo on the South end of Breckenridge. This Condo was very clean, and nicely furnished in a very attractive manner. It provided lots of space for the eleven family members who stayed there. The booking company was reluctant to say that it has a nice view, but we were thrilled to enjoy the mountain stream just outside the condo. Following the stream downhill was the quickest way to walk into town. Very nice! With four floors, there were a lot of stairs but the four floors also provided privacy when needed. We enjoyed our stay and would easily consider booking this unit again. Check in was a little confusing as the booking office had moved and we were unable to initially locate the Visit Breck office.
"Hidden Gem"
Pine Creek was a great winter time retreat. I had done alot of homework before committing to this place. The walking distance to the slopes was very short, and the distance to the Main Street stores was very close as well. We had 9 in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. If I had anything to warn someone about is that walking through four stories of Townhome can be very tiresome when you are not used to this regions elevation. I am very happy with the accomodations and feel that I got the best deal possible.
"nice condo"
group of 3 adults, 8 teens stayed spring break. Not ski-in/out, but worked out OK. Four levels allowed some degree of privacy for all. Worked well for our group.

Get ready for a vacation rental that is out of this world! Welcome to Pine Creek townhomes! Tucked away next to the river on the south end of Breckenridge, sits this wonderful large townhome with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 living areas! Vacationing at this Pine Creek townhome makes it easy to understand why Breckenridge is considered the “perfect little mountain town”!
Entering the unit from your own private garage you will find a hallway leading you to a bedroom equipped with a queen bed and its very own full bath! Off this bedroom you will find a private deck with your very own hot tub! A full private laundry is in the hallway!
Heading upstairs, you will find a lovely wide-open kitchen looking over the huge living area. A pleasant dinning area has a dining table big enough to feed an army… we don’t want anyone to go hungry! You can enjoy your favorite shows or DVD's on the 42 inch HDTV, with the crackle of a beautiful gas fireplace in the background. Feel like grilling up dinner for everyone? Not to worry this unit comes with a gas grill that has plenty of room for steaks, hot dogs, and veggie burgers!
Continue up the stairs from the living area you will walk up to 2 more bedrooms. This level of the unit boasts the master bedroom with a king bed, walk in closet, it’s own gas fireplace and a grand master bath!! Across the second bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet and a bath all to itself! Both rooms offer privacy and are equipped with TV’s to relax before bedtime!!
The fourth bedroom you will find down in the riverfront level apartment. In the bedroom is a queen bed and a trundle bed. This level of the house also has its very own living area, kitchen, and patio!
When vacationing at Pine Creek you are just steeps away from walking paths, hiking trails and the slopes!! Whether you are hanging out inside taking advantage of one of the many forms of entertainment, cooking a fabulous meal, soaking in the hot tub, or outside on the deck grilling to your heart's desire, you will thoroughly enjoy this family friendly townhome. Don't pass this one up...You will surely regret it!
