"Great place except for internet access"
Great layout. Loved the 2 living area on a level seperate for bedrooms. The kitchen was well equiped for large groups - lot of dishes and pots and pans. Appreciated the linens were in great shape and there was enough of them.
We liked the location on the north side of town for the summer. It was close to the rec center, city market and close enough to town. We do a lot in Frisco, so being on that side of town cut travel time.The one negative was the internet access - ONE cable connection.
This alluring 5 bedroom 3.5 bath villa is a TOP CHOICE for your vacation or retreat to Breckenridge!
On 3 levels this superior home features 5 separate bedrooms and a sprawling Grand floor that exhibits hardwood flooring, fireplace and formal room, dining room, kitchen, bar seating, breakfast nook, hot tub and backyard access, large gas BBQ Grill, an additional overlooking patio with swing, and an exceptionally large HDTV with Dolby surround sound! There is even private laundry!
On the lower entry level you will find a very large 1- car garage, and 2 large bedrooms. The first bedroom has a bunk bed and queen bed with HDTV. The second downstairs bedroom delivers a queen bed, private garage access, a colossal flat screen TV, large work desk to use the high speed internet- with plenty of room to spare and lounge.
The top level contains the master suite that features Dramatic vaulted ceilings, elegant decor, new HDTV, luxurious bathroom and King sized bed! There is also a trundle in this room that sleeps 2 more in the master. The other 2 top floor bedrooms of rich decor, each with own queen bed and wall mounted HDTV!
The master suite is truly enchanting from its high vaulted ceilings, with its large windows to take in those awe-inspiring views, King sized bed, a private master bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, with his and her sinks. Top that off with another massive HDTV and handsome decor, you may find it hard to leave the bedroom!
This 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom private villa is real GEM of the Breckenridge Vacation Home get-a-ways! Sleeping up to 14 people, this home will graciously host family, friends and cousins and kids alike!
Just a short drive to town or the slopes this property promises to be one you will have to come back to!
