The Rock House has a living area of 3,882sq.ft. and is situated on a 0.6 acre plot. It is located on a quiet No-through road and the Property backs straight onto the golf course. It is just a 10 minute drive to Breckenridge town, and even less to the Gondola at the base of Peak 7.
Drive north and in less than 15 minutes you are in Frisco. Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail are all within 45 minutes drive.
Large floor to ceiling windows in the Great Room overlook the terrace and Breckenridge Golf Course, there is dining for 8 people, with another 4 stools available at the breakfast counter.
A fully equipped pine kitchen leads through to the garage past the mud room which is the perfect place for storing any ski or summer sporting equipment.
MAIN LEVEL - Sleeps 4
The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a wall
mounted flat screen TV, walk-in closet and en-suite
bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath.
The Rose room is a queen size double room with en-suite
bathroom which has a bath and overhead shower.
LOWER LEVEL - Sleeps 4 adults + 4 children
The Family room is has a cinema style 58” TV screen with surround sound, DVD, VHS, with doors leading to the Private Hot Tub on the terrace outside. There is a wet bar with microwave,
half refrigerator, icemaker and dishwasher.
Three further bedrooms lead off from the Family room. The Moose and Bear rooms have log style Queen beds, closets, and en suite bathrooms with bath and/or shower.
The Beaver room has a
double queen below and
single bed on top, and an
extra single sleeper sofa.
This room shares the bathroom with the Family room and Bear room.
UPPER LEVEL - Sleeps 2 + double sleeper sofa
The Sleigh bedroom has a queen size double bed with TV and en-suite bathroom with WC,
basin and walk in shower. There is also an office / library on the mezzanine with high speed internet access.

There are four main skiing areas covering 2200 acres, but should you get bored, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail are within easy reach.
