Beautiful moss stone fireplaces and rock walls, master bedroom balcony and vaulted-ceiling loft with spectacular mountain views, endless bookcases, contrast with the movie and play posters, flat screen TVs, and large, hot tub in the pine trees. The house has a pool table, games table, and, of course, as a film producer's house, a huge screening room.

The ground floor: large living room with moss stone fireplace and stone walls, games table, huge 54-inch TV for films or watching the big game with DVR/TVO; family room-kitchen-breakfast room [vaulted ceiling, copper/black granite decor for the large gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar]; laundry room, mud room, butler's pantry.
2nd floor: Two mountain decor bedrooms with king beds, One is master bedroom suite with enormous king bed, moss stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, with an additional sitting room with queen futon perfect for a couple with small children, enormous bath with a spa tub and separate shower with rain-effect shower; huge walk-in closet, balcony w. mountain views; Also on this level are two rooms have king beds and share a bathroom. There is also a children's bunk room with 2 Wiggles Big Red Car beds and a princess castle bunk bed with a slide that has another bathroom with antique tub and separate shower room.
Basement: There are 2 king bedrooms that share a bath. There is a huge games room with pool table and screening area with a wall-sized movie screen. There is also a kitchenette.
Loft: 1500 square foot area with two queen-sized beds on the sides that are separated by dividers, with a TV area with mountain views. One of the coolest rooms of the house.

2.5 miles from Breckenridge, the free bus stops at the bottom of the neighborhood, and for the summer, the golf course is near. Of course, the skiing, boarding, and skating are amazing with fantastic ski schools and clubs for kids but culture too with 3 professional theaters within a 15 minute drive, and summer orchestra, jazz and film festivals.
