"Wonderful family time!"
I liked best that we can cook-in and have family and extended family and friends spend evening time after a great day of skiing. This is the way to enjoy multi-generational vacations. And now with the VIP shuttle service, the flexibility for individual needs and trips to town or the slopes is unlimited. I can see that upcoming grandchildren will enjoy this flexibility with us folks that are starting to give up the double diamond slots and out-of bounds adventures :-). We can relax in the hot tub before cooking, and everyone can come in at their own pace.
This place is so wonderful, we've come back every year for the past five sweasons.
The location is good for skiers who can navigate a trail through the woods to a run to the lift, and enjoy (or work through) a longer trek back to the house. (A little tough for less experienced riders (boarders).
LARGE AND SPACIOUS 6 BEDROOM HOME WITH GREAT AMENITIES! This home is nestled in the picturesque Colorado Rockies in a planned residential area which adjoins the National Forest area Encompassing Peaks #9 and #10 of the world class Breckenridge Ski Area at an altitude of approximately 10,000ft!
This bright home has been especially designed to comfortably house large family groups of up to 18 individuals. It is within easy walking distance, 1/2 block, to a skiable access trail, which intersects with the Peak 9. For those in the group looking for other adventures, Cross-Country/Nordic skiing and snowshoeing can be enjoyed just outside of the door.
The intermediate skier can SKI OUT via the Nat'l Forest Burro Trail to the Peak 9 chair lifts & SKI IN from Peak 10. Enjoy Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking along the trail. Drive 1.5 miles to Main Street or walk .5 miles to the closest free shuttle stop. This spacious home has plenty of space for all, including two kitchens which are great for entertaining! Enjoy a game of pool or relax in your own private indoor hot tub!
This home is in the beautiful town of Breckenridge, with its special seasonal activities, restaurants and shopping is located just over a mile away.
BEDDING: Main Level: Master has a king and a private bath. Second bedroom has a queen with bathroom. There is a bunkroom with regular bunks. This bedroom shares a bathroom with an additional bedroom with a single over a full bunk. There are also two rollaways and two pullout coaches. THEE HAS TWO ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS ADDED. ONE KING AND ONE QUEEN BUNK BED. THEE ARE TWO LIVING ROOMS. THIS IS A HUGE HOUSE WITH SKIING THREE DOORS DOWN FROM THE HOME TO SKI OUT AND IN AND IT IS A GREAT VALUE.
