"Erica"
The stay was nice, but what I want to write about is the help I received from Erica. We were in a hurry to leave and in my haste I left a piece of luggage in the our unit, 103A Park Place. I didn't realize I had left it until we were at Denver airport so there was no way I could go back a get it. Needless to say I was really upset and mad at myself. I called Breckenridge Accommodations and spoke with Erica. She really helped me out. She made sure the cleaning crew got the bag, let me know when she got it, and arranged shipment back to my house. It made my trip home much more pleasant. Because of Erica I went from thinking that a wonderful ski vacation was ruined by the fact that I might lose the suitcase and everything in it, to thinking OK, it's not so bad that I left the bag. I'll get it back ina couple of days. Please express my appreciation for her efforts and attention. When I think of the great trip we had I also think of how Erica saved the day.

"Great location for groups!"
The location of Park Place is wonderful. You are 1 block up the hill to SnowFlake lift -- 2 blocks
from the main ski area (Peak 9) --
one block from Main Street and it's
considered a ski-in from across the
street on Four O'Clock Run! Condos
were not luxury by any means, but the rate was very fair for the condos which were clean and well
kept. :)
"Relaxing"
The condo was located right off main street and was very convenient. It was clean and very roomy. We all had more than enough room. The only thing that wasn't working was the hot tub jets, but we still used it.

This nicely decorated Park Place condo is one of our most popular condos! Loaded with amenities and in an ideal location for skiing & apres ski time! With hot tubs, swimming pool, covered parking, private balcony, gas fireplace, 3 color TVs, VCR , washer & dryer, full kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave! This spacious condo includes a Pillowtop King bed in the master, a Queen bed and a Captain's Bunk in the second bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area, right in front of the huge stone gas fireplace! This 1st floor unit, is walking distance to everything and also on the FREE shuttle bus route! Great Location!! After a day on the slopes ski back home on the 4 O'clock ski run and walk across the street to your ski getaway!!! I'm sure that there is nothing this Park Place will not fulfill when it comes to your dream vacation in the Rocky Mountains!
